Hannah Frazier
My name is Hannah and I was born and raised in the mountains of West Virginia. I studied psychology at West Virginia State University where I played softball. I then pursued my Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Belmont University in Nashville, TN. Since that time, my husband and I have resided in West Virginia where I work as an outpatient physical therapist. We recently welcomed our first son into the world. He is a blessing from the Lord, and we are loving each sweet moment with him.
I am currently studying to become a certified Pilates Instructor though Balanced Body. My journey with Pilates started about 3 years ago. The Pilates method so closely aligned with my treatment philosophies in physical therapy. I started learning more and implementing Pilates into my PT practice and had great success with eliminating pain and improving function with my patients. My Pilates journey further developed during my prenatal and postpartum journey. I utilized Pilates to manage the discomforts that accompany pregnancy and restore my strength postpartum at the deepest level.
I am passionate about helping others learn how to use their bodies and utilize movement to restore and heal. I look forward to practicing with you!
