As a former collegiate athlete, yoga was a huge part of my training routine. I enjoyed finding different ways to strengthen and stretch my body while diving deep into the mind/body connection.
I now work with athletes and teams of all levels to support existing training programs in the development of functional strength and flexibility. We dive deep into meditation techniques to fine tune focus and discipline skills necessary to excel in high level athletics.

Workshops are a 1-3 class series that can be used for team bonding or to work on a specific skill(s). They are a great way to introduce yoga or meditation (or both!) to athletes and challenge them in ways that are different from their regular day-to-day training.
